Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions for Access (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to requests and the subsequent provision of Corteva Agriscience LLC or its affiliates (together, “Corteva”) study summaries and/or study reports via this website (collectively, “Study Documents”). As appropriate, these Study Documents are redacted to protect personal data and/or confidential business information.

The Sulfoxaflor Science Reading Room is a virtual reading room and a web-based resource. Note: There is no physical room for reading or accessing the documents. The purpose of this web resource is to provide the public with the opportunity to read scientific reports, which resulted from scientific studies that Corteva conducted in compliance with government regulatory requirements.
Use, distribution, or publication of any of these Study Documents, in whole or in part, and/or any of their content, for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. By requesting access to read Study Documents, the requestor (“Requestor”) confirms they are neither directly nor indirectly engaged nor has the intent to become engaged in the commercialization of crop protection products nor is acting on behalf or to the benefit of any third party directly or indirectly engaged in the commercialization of crop protection products.
The Requestor acknowledges that the Study Documents are copyright protected documents and/or are subject to other intellectual property rights and/or data protection rights of Corteva Agriscience LLC or its affiliates (together, Corteva) and/or third parties. Use, distribution, or publication of any of these documents, in whole or in part, and/or any of their content for regulatory or any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. Regulatory or commercial purposes include, without limitation, any use by the user and/or any third party that could reasonably be understood to be for or in support of profit.
If approved by Corteva, the Requestor is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license to read, only for Requestor’s personal, noncommercial use, one copy of the Study Documents provided in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The license can be revoked any time by Corteva, without notice and without the need to provide justification. In case of revocation, the Requestor shall be prevented from accessing the reading room website.
