Recommendation:
165- 200 ml per hectare in 500 litres of water for cotton and chilli
125-162 ml per hectare in 500 litres of water for redgram.
Qalcova has a natural origin and is produced from the metabolites of the naturally occurring soil bacterium, Saccharopolyspora spinosa.
Due to its high efficacy at low use rates, and its favorable safety profiles on the environment, mammals, and beneficial insects, the Qalcova active ingredient was registered under the US EPA’s Reduced Risk program. It was also awarded the US EPA’s Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award in 1999. This award recognizes the unique contribution of Qalcova and also highlights the commitment from Corteva Agriscience to produce effective insect pest control tools with favorable environmental and toxicological profiles
