Jen Sloan

As chief people officer for Corteva, Jen leads human resources strategy and s strategy partners, and oversees talent acquisition, talent management, human resources operations and total rewards.

Jen has been with Corteva and its predecessor organizations for more than 20 years. Before assuming her current role in October 2026, she was vice president of total rewards, talent management and analytics. She helped shape Corteva’s organizational design and was instrumental in the standupof the company in 2019, following the merger of Dow, DuPont and Pioneer.. She again played a key role in the organizational design and talent placement for the 2026 separation of the company’s seed and crop protection businesses.

Before joining Corteva, Jen worked for the Hay Group, a consulting firm later acquired by Korn Ferry.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
