HI Now: Tour sunflower fields in Waialua
In addition to earned media coverage, Corteva secured a segment on HI Now to showcase the sunflowers, the farm's diversity and the 400 acres of locally grown food. The segment featured a student from Moanalua High School's culinary program who created a smoked mustard-glazed sirloin with sweet potato kabocha puree and spring green salad from ingredients grown on the Waialua farm.
