Ralph Ford

Ralph is Corteva’s chief integrated operations officer leading its global supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and integrated operational excellence organization. Within this group he also oversees the facilities, services and real estate, and environment, health, safety and security teams, driving safe, innovative and efficient business operations.

He previously served as vice president, Crop Protection integrated operations, responsible for the global crop protection manufacturing and supply chain. In this role, he transformed the company’s manufacturing operating model, creating a more collaborative, business-focused organization and achieving half a billion dollars in operational cost savings.

Ralph came to Corteva from Celanese, a global chemical leader, where he served as senior director of operations – mergers and acquisitions, after leading its chemical operations and manufacturing team in Germany and holding a variety of other manufacturing, operations and engineering roles across multiple business units. Prior to Celanese, he worked for ExxonMobil in its Baton Rouge, Louisiana, chemical plant.

Ralph serves on the board of directors for United Way of Central Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee.
