High-volume foliar (leaf spray) applications can help you quickly and efficiently take out emerging brush problems before they become bigger — and more-expensive — headaches. Consider high-volume foliar for multi-stem species, such as multiflora rose, sapling trees or for protecting and maintaining valuable fence lines.
Low-volume basal applications give you the ability to quickly and easily control small (less than 6 inches in diameter), emerging brush plants before they become more serious problems. Because you control only the individual plants you choose, these applications are ideal for selectively managing brush stands. Best of all, you can make these applications any time of year, as long as snow or standing water doesn’t prevent proper application.
When mechanically removing trees or other woody plants, it’s important you treat the stumps to prevent resprouting. Basal cut-stump applications kill the stump for good.
