Application Rate
Apply to turfgrass at the rate of 4 fl. oz./A (or 0.013 lb. a.i./A) for effective control.

Application Timing
Apply in late fall to early spring when the weather is cool and before dandelion bloom. Best weed control results are obtained when applied to small, actively growing weeds.

Application Method
Defendor® specialty herbicide is formulated as a suspension concentrate and can be applied as a standard-volume broadcast application, low-volume application or spot treatment.

Approved Use
Defendor can be used on established turfgrass, including residential lawns, golf courses, sports fields, sod farms and commercial turfgrass areas. Do not apply Defendor to golf course putting greens.

Additional Information
Defendor is a postemergence product that provides effective control of dandelions, especially in cooler weather. Defendor is available in two sizes: a 1-quart jug, as well as a 1-gallon container in a Value Pak with Dimension® 2EW specialty herbicide.
