GrazonNext® HL herbicide is the easiest way to get broadleaf weeds out of the way of pasture production. It provides a simple, lasting solution for the toughest pasture and rangeland weeds and clears the way for more forage, meaning greater flexibility in a grazing program and higher per-acre beef production at the lowest cost possible.
This product delivers effective weed control against the following:
Triisopropanolammonium salt of 2-pyridine carboxylic acid, 4-amino-3,6-dichloro-; dimethyl amine salt of (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) acetic acid
1.2 to 2.1 pints per acre
Treat when weeds are actively growing and not stressed by drought or other conditions. Increase the herbicide rate within the labeled rate range as the season progresses and plants become more mature.
Broadcast by ground or by air. Spot treatment.
In research conducted by Dr. Kevin Bradley at the University of Missouri, a pasture was split in half, with one side treated with herbicide, the other left untreated. Controlling clover was a big concern during the study — would the cattle be negatively affected by the loss of clover? Four months after treatment, cattle grazed 74 percent of the time on the treated half and only 26 percent on the untreated area.
